Terms and Conditions of Sale
Our terms and conditions apply to all transactions on superdeal.co.uk. Using this site and placing an order indicates your acceptance of our terms and conditions of sale.
These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights. To order goods using this website you must be at least 18 years of age and accept delivery within mainland UK. The terms listed are subject to change at any time.
Product Information
Superdeal tries to insure that the product information on this site is as correct as possible including images and product information. However all information is taken from third party (i.e. Manufacturers, Brochures, Internet etc) for description and illustration purpose only (e&oe).
The intention of Superdeal is that any information on the web site should be as accurate and up to date as possible. However Superdeal cannot guarantee the reliability or accuracy of the information contained in its pages. For more detailed information refer to Manufacturer's websites. Superdeal holds a large range of products in stock for immediate delivery. Once the order is placed, the customer will be sent a confirmation if their order is successful. For any other queries, the customer will be contacted.
Method of Payment
We accept Visa, Master Card, Switch, Solo, Maestro, Delta, Electron and most debit cards. You may pay using a Paypal or Google checkout Account. Cheque/cash or postal orders are also accepted (dependent on clearance time). When placing an order please provide us with your exact billing address and telephone number, the address and phone number your credit card provider has on their records, and exactly it appears on your statement.
Please make sure you are using your own credit card/debit card. We will only deliver the goods to the address where card is registered and Your Card provider has the same details on their records.
Pricing Policy
Prices are subject to change at any time and only those prices are valid which are displayed on www.superdeal.co.uk when your order is received. We update prices regularly, prices may go up or come down and only those prices will be charged which are shown on our website at the time of ordering.
Whilst every effort is made to ensure correct prices are displayed on our website, if a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical mistakes or error in pricing information from suppliers, we shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders listed at the incorrect price whether or not the order has been confirmed. If you have made an electronic payment we will immediately issue a credit to your account in full. (E&OE)
All items listed on sale, on special prices, half price, clearance and bargain prices, are sold on a first come first served basis. Once the items are sold out or reserved for someone and an order is received later, we may either offer an alternative item or cancel the order and refund the amount paid for the item. We may withdraw any item from sale or special offer at any time. You may reserve any item for a very limited period if in stock or expected to be in stock by paying a non-refundable deposit. Items cannot be reserved without full or part payment. Placing an order through our website does not mean contract to purchase or supply goods. You may cancel your order before shipment is made or we may decline to supply before shipment is confirmed. You will be refunded in full in this case.
Availability and Supply of Products
All products we supply are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time. If for any reason we cannot supply the goods we will refund any money already paid for the items. We will not be responsible for compensating you for any other losses you may have if we do not supply the goods. We supply the goods as supplied to us by the manufacturers including accessories, manuals and we cannot be held responsible for any change effected by the manufacturers.
Digital Broadcast Reception
Many models of Plasma, LCD, LED TVs, DVD/Blu-ray recorders and other AV items are supplied with built-in Digital Freeview, Freeview HD DAB & FREESAT Tuners. There are some areas in the UK where full digital service is still not available or only partially available and you may find that your area is not yet covered to receive full digital service. In that case you may not be able to receive or record digital service on your purchased item. Freeview and Freeview HD channels and services are subject to change in some cases an aerial upgrade maybe required. Please ensure that your area is covered with full digital reception before ordering sets with Digital Freeview, Freeview HD or DAB. Once the items are dispatched to you, we are unable to take them back if you unable to receive full digital reception in your area. To receive FREESAT channels a Satellite Dish is must to be installed which is not provided with the set, to received DVB or DAB an aerial receiving sufficient signal is required and is not supplied with the set.
High Definition, internet, 3D & Smart Products
High Definition, internet, 3D and smart televisions and Blu-ray are the latest formats available. However, there are various types of HD screens available in the market with descriptions such as HD Compatible, HD Ready, Full & True HD, 3D Ready, Full 3D and there will be more innovations in this new format, so before ordering your HDTV and other products please ensure that the equipment you are buying meets your current and future requirements. We can only provide you with the specifications as supplied to us by the manufacturers. It is down to the customer to ensure that equipment you are purchasing is compatible with your existing and future products for example DVD, Blu ray Players/Recorders, Digital boxes, Cable and Satellite boxes. We cannot be responsible for any issue in compatibility of your equipment. Some 3D and internet TV’s may require additional glasses and Dongles which are not supplied with every model.
Deliveries
The delivery options that we offer are:
Premium Delivery - additional charge
You may specify which day you would like to recieve your delivery (Excluding Sunday and Bank holidays). We will contact the customer within 24 hours Excluding Sunday and Bank holidays and arrange a specific date for delivery.
Express Delivery - additional charge
We will despatch customers goods within 3 to 5 working days (Monday to Friday) and excluding Bank holidays. Customers will be contacted on despatch of goods.
Standard Delivery - free delivery service
We will despatch customers goods within 5 to 7 working days (Monday to Friday) and excluding Bank holidays. Customers will be contacted on despatch of goods.
Items in stock are normally despatched to UK mainland addresses within the time allocated on the delivery option and are delivered between 8am to 5pm (Mon- Fri) unless the customer requires premium delivery. We only ship items after clearance of the payment. However, some larger items may take longer to deliver. In case of goods being out of stock we will endeavour to update you about the approximate availability time. Any time and date for the delivery of the goods is approximate and we shall not be liable for any loss, cost, damage, charges or expenses caused by any delay in the delivery of goods.
Customers are usually contacted within 48 hours after placing a order. If you have any queries or we have not contacted you then please contact us on 020 8316 5572.
We always use very reputable and reliable courier service. Goods are delivered to your door and must be signed by someone receiving the goods. Once the goods have been delivered to your door, it will be your responsibility to look after your goods. If the goods are left outside the premises it will be at your own risk.
Delivery Charges
Delivery charges on our website vary according to which delivery option the customer selects. Free Delivery Service is offered mainly for mainland addresses and during working Days and between 8AM to 5PM. On payment of extra delivery charges (details on request), we can arrange delivery of goods to Northern Ireland (BT), Channel Islands, Isle of White, Isle of Man (IM), Scottish Highlands and Orkney Isles (PA, ML, EH, KA, G, KY, PH, DD, AB, IV, KW),Outer Hebrides and the Shetland Isles (HS, ZE). There are separate charges shown for Express delivery (between 3 to 5 working days) and premium delivery (monday to saturday). We do not ship to Post Box addresses.
Cash Back & other Promotions by Manufacturers
Some manufacturers run Cash Back and various other Promotions, on certain products for a specific period. These promotions are handled by the manufacturers or by their agents and Cash Back amount is sent direct to the purchaser of the promoted item. In case of any query regarding Cash Back you will need to contact the manufacturer of the offer.
Shortage and Damage
Customers are required to inspect your items on arrival. If goods arrive in a damaged condition please sign the delivery note as unchecked and immediately inform us. Damage or shortage must be notified within 2 days of receipt of goods. It is your responsibility to sign for all packages as shown on the delivery/consignment note. Any missing packages must be noted on the same consignment note before the driver leaves. To help us sort out your claim quickly, report the damage or loss immediately by phone followed by email .We will not accept any claim for missing or damaged goods 2 days after the receipt of the goods. Please keep the original carton and Packaging, We will not process full credit without original Carton & Packaging. Goods returned without original Carton & Packaging may get damaged in transit. We cannot accept damaged goods for refund or replacement.
The courier companies we use are not insured to enter your house/premises and will therefore require your help (or other recipient) in handling any order in excess of 25kgs (large parcels).
Warranties
All products supplied are covered by the terms and conditions of the manufacturer's guarantee unless stated, for a period of 12 months from the date of invoice. This guarantee specifically excludes faults caused by accident, neglect, and misuse. In addition routine maintenance (cleaning of dirty audio/video heads etc.), consumables (styli, plug fuses, cables, batteries, etc.), cosmetic damage and tuning of channels are not covered. The full cost of the service call will be charged to your credit card account if our engineers find no mechanical or electrical fault with your product. This does not affect your statutory rights. For your peace of mind we recommend that you should consider the option of purchasing an extended warranty for 3 or 5 years. We offer very competitive rates for Extended Warranties for the period of 3 Years (1+2) and 5(1+4) Years on payment of Premium which is either shown with each item separately or quote is available on request (contact info@superdeal.co.uk).
Free Extended Warranties
We offer additional free Extended warranties on certain items, these warranties are provided by CSS- Corporate Support Solutions or Domestic &General insurance Co. The details of the Cover are available on request. It normally takes minimum of 12weeks before the policy documents are issued. If you do not receive your warranty papers 12 weeks after the delivery of the goods, please contact us and we will make sure that your policy documents are sent to you by the insurance company. Your first year warranty is always with the manufacturers. Free Extended warranties are offered only with those items which are advertised and purchased through this website.
When manufacturers offer free promotional extended warranties these are subject to their terms and conditions on which we have no control. By purchasing the goods with free extended warranties you will be accepting the terms and conditions of these warranties.
Cancellation of Orders
RETURNS POLICY
You are entitled to cancel your order within 7 days from delivery of the goods for a full credit or refund less any applicable delivery charges. (Where goods are delivered Free of Delivery charges and these goods are returned as not required refund will be made for the returned goods less delivery charges which we pay when sending the goods). The goods must be unused and 'as new' in their original box and packaging including all manuals (Please do not mark or hand write on manuals), accessories and remote control (if supplied). You must notify us within 7 days from the date of delivery. All goods must be received within 14 days of notification of your wish to cancel. In all cases it will be your responsibility to return the goods to us at your own cost and risk. Goods received back 'as new' but incomplete with missing components and accessories will incur charges. Goods received back in any condition other than 'as new' will be returned back to you. Any item specifically ordered or any cables cut or terminated will not be returned or credited under any circumstances. Any item returned for restocking (cables excluded) will be subject to a 15% deduction charge.
Faulty Goods Returns - in case any product is received faulty or not working on arrival please contact us immediately. You can then either return the faulty item directly yourself or we will organise a collection from your address. Upon receipt of the goods and confirmation of the fault by our technical engineers you will be offered the following options:
* A replacement - this item will be shipped to you at our own expense.
* A repair - the repaired item will be shipped to you at our own expense. Please note that once repaired the product is no longer eligible for replacement.
* A full refund - provided the item has been verified faulty and is complete with all accessories in its original box and packaging.
If the product is not deemed to be faulty by the engineers, you have the following choices:
* Return of the goods - the cost of delivery charged to you.
* Refund - the invoice cost less any applicable delivery charges provided the product is 'as new' and complete with all accessories in its original box and packaging. If the condition of the product or the packaging is poor then we reserve the right to charge you for re-packaging costs. Missing accessories will also be charged at full price.
The manufacturers guarantee will apply to all items reported to be faulty after 7 days from delivery. Before choosing to purchase a plasma or LCD television, please be aware that there is a commonly accepted 'tolerance level' by which a plasma or LCD may display such imperfections (or stuck pixels) without being classified as faulty. The manufacturer's verdict regarding the state of a screen will be final.
This returns policy does not affect your legal rights.
